The apartment is in an elevated position in the Glen with a South-westerly aspect. The River Hamara flows out into Loch Pooliel, our local sea loch, where you can fish while watching the ships on the Minch.

 

The Glen has its own Post Office, small grocery store & cafe. We have included maps, books & information about the area in the apartment. Within a 6 mile radius are; Dunvegan village with bakery, grocery stores, petrol/diesel, restaurants, hotel bars & Dunvegan Castle.

The much acclaimed Three Chimneys Restaurant, Orbost Gallery & The Croft Workshop are a short drive away. You could also take a 30 minute drive to the spectacular Cuillin Mountain a must see for all visitors to Skye.
